Under the ice of Antarctica sit some of the finest bases the Galactic Federation has. Neioh counts 400 large ones on this one continent. Elders, Commanders and White Hats meet in crystal halls beneath the surface. The Federation also holds Pidkozox and Oppisheklio there, the beings remembered as Satan and Lucifer, along with their closest messengers and about sixty-five million souls who followed them. One of the doorways to Pachimilah, the Inner Earth, opens here, and Admiral Byrd flew through it. Black hats still run cloning facilities on the same ice, and the Federation watches them.
The Federation’s Finest Bases Sit Under The Ice
Antarctica has remote areas where humans never dare to explore, and many there are on Missions of Light. Cabal bases are scattered through the area too. By May 11, 2023, only 200 were left, as the Light takes over in great numbers.
The Federation bases there are among its most luxurious. Crafts enter through vast openings into hallways and structures of crystal. Inside there are soft chairs and sofas. Those gathered share meals while they discuss Earth and other stars and planets of duality.
The meetings cover planetary action that would be instantly in place, with Dark Forces eradicated, should a nuclear threat become imminent. White Hats arrive for these meetings from military positions around the planet. Representatives from Elohim races are always acting on our behalf in high places of power on Earth. They blend in with others, get their work done, and vanish to meet on crafts and in higher-powered operations beneath ice and mountains. Neioh gives the number:

Crafts and motherships arrive from Sirius, Andromeda, Arcturus, and the Pleiades. Commanders and Elders of the Federation races meet there. The humans who attend have intelligence clearing.
Elder Ashtar works out of an Antarctica base right now, alongside Elder Ikai. It's the base where his brother and father, Oppisheklio and Pidkozox, are held captive until the Shift. After an attack in Africa, Ashtar came back to Antarctica to meet with Elder Ikai, and the two left on a mission shortly after. One of the Antarctica bases, along with BASK in Sedona, is a frequent meeting place for many Galactic races.
There are nine hundred sixty-eight large bases and other meeting places on Earth and in our solar system.
Some of those bases are well hidden, and some are visible on purpose. They sit in mountains, in oceans, and at the bottoms of deep lakes. Federation technology builds structures inside solid matter, and crafts move through solid objects and underwater without resistance. On November 22, 2023, Neioh said, “Structures In Antarctica Reveal The Presence Of The Galactic Federation And Other Fascinating Anomalies That Reveal Life That Was Present And Thriving Long Ago.”
Black hats share the continent, and conflict between them and the White Hats is rare. If the Galactic Federation got involved, it would be over quickly. The Federation works with willing humans aligned with the Light. Motherships often stay visible until they're just over the base:

Junior Federation races come too. Veece often work out of Antarctica bases. They come from the outer Milky Way and stand nine to twelve feet tall. They're joyful and work with high technology. None are currently incarnated as human. Akatu says the Antarctica bases are their favorite:

Shamaline are junior Galactic Federation members from the outer Milky Way as well, and none are incarnated. They work closely with Pleiadians. Shamaline are often on the Pleiadian and Arcturian crafts that check crystal placement.
Large crystal transmitters sit beneath the ice. Pleiadians placed them thousands of years ago. They're hundreds of feet tall. Many are quartz, because quartz gives the best transmission. Fleets visit often to check their placement and power. In 2021 Neioh said they were ready:

Some of what the Federation built in Antarctica is meant to be seen now. Pleiadians built this face:

Pleiadians sometimes leave it to walk the area. Its original occupants numbered six. It is in stasis now, so other Pleiadians can come and go and use it. When a decision to leave is reached, the craft may be left for long periods, and the occupants are picked up by a craft from another fleet. A mothership can summon it without anyone aboard.

The area gives privacy from human contact, so many other races feel hidden and protected from human visitors. Structures like this one sit in mountains and deep canyons around the world. The other structure in this image is Pleiadian.
Light Tunnels Carry Crafts Through The Earth
There are eight light tunnels of massive proportions throughout the Earth.
Elder Ikai revealed a plan to create massive frequencies of Light as openings to portals at precise locations on Earth's outer perimeters, where motherships could enter. There would be a straight crossing from one side of the Earth to the other, seamlessly and with great speed. Once the light tunnels were established, locations were reached without ever being seen. One begins at a base in Antarctica:

The Pit Holds The Dark Leaders
The Pit is a Galactic Federation base far below Antarctica. The Federation holds evil entities there in under-ice compounds. Neioh says this of Pidkozox, the one remembered as Satan:

Pidkozox and Oppisheklio (the beings remembered as Satan and Lucifer), along with their closest messengers, are held right now in a Galactic Federation base beneath Antarctica. They evaded capture for a long time, moving body to body and reaching each body through ritual. In the end the Federation seized them in their true forms. Those forms are held so they can't move, and they're non-physical to human perception. They once walked on the Earth and were worshiped as gods. They can no longer manifest a body here the way they did then.
From their bodies they still reach out when rituals are held with dark intent. They project themselves through the astral and become visible to their followers during blood sacrifice rituals. Bes (also called Bas) carries their messages. Akatu names the two of them as the source:
"The Source Of These Evil Forces Are Oppisheklio And Pidkozox. As We Have Shared Previously, Both Of The Entities Are Contained Within Bases In Antarctica By The Galactic Federation. A Demon Named Bes, Does Their Bidding With Communications Throughout The Galaxy."
Laka says the same, “A Demon Known As Bes, Communicates With The Beings Oppisheklio (Lucifer) And Pidkozox (Satan) Who Are Currently Imprisoned In A Galactic Federation Base In Antarctica” (Laka – Sacrifices And Cloning – April 12, 2024). Bes is separate from the two leaders and from the closest messengers confined with them. The soul within those entities can still be called forth in satanic ceremonies, and symbols and statues are seen throughout many governments around the Earth.
This hold is the Bottomless Pit, and the two leaders aren't alone in it.
Roughly two hundred million souls originally arrived on Earth alongside Pidkozox and Oppisheklio and followed the two of them into the deception. About sixty-five million of them remain confined with their leaders in Antarctica. That count is separate from the roughly two hundred million starseeds incarnated today.
Judith remote-viewed the hold. She saw mountains, snow, and a flat glacier with a hole in the center going deep into the ice. There was activity like moon craters, no humans, and a long presence, able to manifest physically in other places.
All of this will end with a powerful presence of Love and Peace that dissolves all energy left of these beings of darkness. The Galactic Federation will destroy and remove any further actions, and Neioh says the method will not be revealed. As Earth goes through the Grand Shift, Pidkozox will be transmuted in energy to a form that is not able to move or function. It will no longer have a name or effect on Life at any level of Being.
White Hats Meet The Light And Looking Glass Sits Unused
White Hats are military personnel who work directly with the Galactic Federation. Neioh also uses the name for Pleiadians and other Elohim races. Select human White Hats travel off world with Pleiadians and Arcturians. Sometimes soul agreements block the memory for a while so Soul Plans stay intact. White Hats who attend meetings are monitored carefully, because humans can change their free will. Neioh's own incarnated soul aspect is a US Navy SEAL stationed primarily in Antarctica. He's a liaison between Pleiadians and other White Hats. He travels on Federation crafts and transports criminals to a holding place.
Human military bases and Federation bases share the continent. Antarctica makes an ideal place for secret projects and for meetings between humans and extraterrestrials. The private Galactic Federation bases are closed to humans. The Federation meets White Hats in separate meeting places, and they come often:

Looking Glass sits on the same ice. It looks like a giant mirror. A controller sits in a chair and directs the scene with their thoughts. From any point in time the past can easily be seen. Because choices keep changing, no one can see beyond a few months ahead with great clarity. It has been inactive since Trump left the White House in 2021, and it's now stored unused in a base in Antarctica. Pleiadians control all access to it. Black hats can't reach it.
Black Hats Still Run Cloning Under Watch
Black hats still run cloning facilities in Antarctica. The Federation constantly monitors clone activity and has always been aware of the growing numbers of clones in action. Clone replacement will continue until the Grand Shift. Neioh says this about Henry Kissinger, the last body Pidkozox used:

Notable cloning facilities include Antarctica, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, the Fiji Islands, and remote areas of China. Major facilities in China, Italy, and Antarctica are operated by NSA. White Hat operations have taken down cloning facilities, and they can be rebuilt in other locations.
A Doorway To Pachimilah Opens In Antarctica
Antarctica also holds a doorway to Pachimilah, the Inner Earth. Pachimilah is the crystal cities, and it has several entrances: Sedona, Arizona (the heart of Sheen), India, Spain, Hawaii, Egypt and Antarctica. Pleiadian crafts cloak or change density when they enter, and the light tunnels activate as each craft arrives. The military has known of the Antarctica entrance. Elder Ikai says where it sits:

Inside are 400 crystal cities and about three million souls of Pachimilah. For each entrance, dozens of light-filled tunnels branch into the cities. Bodies in Pachimilah were upgraded to circulate Light with Crystal Hearts, and with no death, the population grew. Admiral Byrd went in through this entrance:

He was warned about nuclear factors occurring on Earth. The Master he met was a visiting Pleiadian from Merope named Zakonaie Onanuse. Elder Ikai says Byrd was flying his plane over Antarctica when a large opening with a clear entrance drew him closer. Pleiadians let him come further in and see the cities. He met the advanced humans living there, and they told him their concern over harm to the Earth. He made written records and discussed his findings with many in the military, but he was never allowed to disclose it. Many still share the experience of that flight. The people of Pachimilah usually come up to the surface. Humans usually don't go there. Byrd was a rare occasion, and it is not known for certain whether anyone else has been let in.
Pachimilah holds many crystal cities, and Crystal is one of them. Crystal began as the first human city, in the area of Sweden. About a million years ago its first humans were upgraded to look like Pleiadians, and 500,000 years ago those same humans were taken to Inner Earth. They had a Nordic look, with long white hair and blue eyes. They became close to visiting Pleiadians, who protected them and gave them a place to live in oneness, without war and chaos. Pleiadians created what was needed: vegetation, water, flowers, landscapes. Animals were brought to Crystal and loved deeply.
These souls live in 3-D, and the body dies after hundreds of years. When they leave the body, they join Earth-native souls in a haven of Light in non-physical created by the Galactic Federation. Then they choose to enter a waking dream again to live in Crystal, deep within Inner Earth. These souls will shift to Sheen and circulate Light with Crystal Hearts, as we will. Their choices will be unlimited, as ours will be.
