Archangel Raphael is currently Incarnated. He is with White Hats and blends seamlessly with Military Operations.
His name on Earth cannot be revealed as his Purpose is to assist Peace by influencing those that desire war. He has done enormous work behind the scenes. He is also picked up frequently by Elder IKAI and Archangel Michael to travel and report as they circle the planet in a Mothership.
He is kind, Powerful, Loving and Friendly. He is more serious than Archangel Michael but they are very close.
He visits Taygeta often and he attends many meetings with the Galactic Federation Now and when not incarnated.
His hair is long and golden brown. He wears it flowing. On Earth it is short in his Operations.
He will be present at the Celebrations of SHEEN.
