Sheen is the New Earth. It’s the perfected, fifth-density version of this planet, established by the Galactic Federation on April 2, 2021. It occupies the same place in this solar system that Earth occupies now, in a higher dimension, in a frequency of non-polarity. Pleiadians describe it as heaven on Earth, and they mean that literally.
Neioh places Sheen, in movement and the expression of life, between Earth’s third density and the seventh density of the Pleiades.
Everything that was ever good about this world is already there. Everything dense, dark and temporary will be left behind for good.

The whole thing will happen in one massive wave. Everyone goes at once. Anyone left behind can shift individually afterward, whenever they choose the light. Because of the way time works in Sheen, arriving early or late will carry no sense of loss and no sense of delay. Nothing will have been missed.
At the moment the portals cover the Earth, all the negative energy released will travel to the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy, near Sagittarius A, and be consumed there. Nothing will linger. Light and darkness will be reconciled in that instant.
Who Will Be There
Anyone wondering whether they’re ready is ready. Sheen isn’t a reward for spiritual elites. Ordinary, flawed people will ascend, including people struggling with depression and addiction. The Shift will reward everyone choosing light.
All children will ascend. All animals will ascend.
Age, Children, and Growing Up
Older adults will become youthful adults again. Children will keep growing normally, all the way to a healthy youthful adulthood, instead of being aged instantly. Babies will keep being born, in Sheen as here, and will grow up exactly as they would have.
Families will continue. Reincarnation will be finished.
The Ones You Lost
Nothing you love will be lost. Past-life connections will be known to you, and the people you lost will be with you again.

How You Will Look
Starseeds will begin to resemble their true higher self. Incarnated Arcturians will look more Arcturian, Sirians more Sirian. The outer form will catch up to what it always was.
Not every soul joining Sheen looked human. Races that appear alien to us will be free to appear exactly as they are, or to take a more human or Pleiadian-passing form during the adjustment period. As the last residue of fear dissolves, that choice will stop mattering. No one will be asked to hide what they are. The option will only be offered.
Starseeds will stay in Sheen as long as they want to. When one decides to return home, the human body will be left behind without death, at the time of that soul’s own choosing.

Fairies As Neighbors
Fairies will live alongside every family, sacred beings and ordinary neighbors at once. They’ve been with us from the beginning and they walk with us now. In Sheen their magic will finally be expressed with no limits on it at all.

Dragons, Unicorns, And Winged Horses
Colorful dragons, unicorns and winged horses will be everyday sights.
Most of what survived about dragons on Earth is fear dressed up as legend. Fairies created them long ago as beloved pets, small enough at first to ride on their own backs. The first were born on Taygeta in tiny silver pods on the crystal mountains, and the fairies raised them there until wings came forth under a frequency of magic. Out of love they let some grow massive. A large one is the size of a small house.
They live on seeds and nuts. They don’t breathe fire. What looks like fire is a warm pink and orange frequency they project, and it calms. Their joy comes out as soft squeaks and humming, a language their fairies understand. They can turn invisible or appear at will.
Many dragon souls are already here, walking among us as ordinary dogs, cats, horses and tigers. Every animal starseed chooses how it arrives. Small children see them anyway, before the forgetting sets in, along with fairies, angels and family from origin.
In Sheen the crystal mountains will become their breeding grounds again. Tiny pods of light will grow into baby dragons under their fairies’ care, silver-winged and telepathic, gentle enough for any child to walk up to without a moment of fear.
Food And The Crystal Kitchen
There will still be eating and drinking in Sheen, and food will be perfected.
Diet will shift entirely to vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, herbs and fresh water. That supports the new light-based physiology. Gardens will be shared, lush and enormous in variety.
Meals will become an art form. Name what you want and a crystal kitchen will prepare it exactly the way you like it. No labor will be required at any point.
Abundance, Trade, And The End Of Money
There will be no banking and no system of control in Sheen. New technology and new abilities will provide for every want and need.
A short-term currency will bridge the transition, and it will move quickly toward no currency at all. Barter and trade will become the norm. People will stay free to accumulate personal possessions, and anyone who wants to work for more can.
The soul understands giving and serving as its own reward. Without fear distorting it, that will run freely.
Small shops of art, woven tapestries and beautifully prepared food will exist throughout Sheen, not out of necessity but because creating and sharing brings real joy. Trade will be an honor rather than a transaction. Nothing will be scarce, so sharing will be the default.
Most people will spend their time on hobbies, talents and interests they never had room for here.
Personal Craft
“Beneath The Ocean Of Stars, You Will Find Joy Traveling In Your Own Craft Of Magnificence Once Again!”

Your own craft will come in whatever shape, size and color you choose, and each one will carry the comfort of a full home inside it. There’s no limit on how many you can have, because there’s no limit on creative ability.
They start around the size of a small car and run up to the size of a small ship. The shape is yours: oval, triangular, octagon, hexagon, disc. Change the shape and color as often as you like.
Each one will be programmed by consciousness and telepathy, so energy and intention will be the entire interface. Decide at ground level that you want to fly and the craft will sense it, as though it were part of you, and lift into the air at speeds nothing on Earth reaches. Collision won’t be possible. Sensors and large screens will give you motion and view from every direction.
Seats will contour to the body, and full-body massages will be available in flight. Music will play by intention alone, one soft line or a full ensemble. On long journeys the crystal kitchen will work the same way it will at home: full meals by intention, snacks, pure water flavored however you want it.
Movement, Sport, And Play
Telekinesis will return to everyone. Moving a rock, a crystal or a tree by intention will be as ordinary as walking. You’ll change the color of a landscape the same way.
Exercise will stay part of daily life, purely for joy. You’ll swim through brilliantly colored oceans. You’ll fly for the pleasure of flying. You’ll race craft for the fun of gathering everyone together.
You’ll play Meyan, a glowing-ball game played in the open air, something like basketball reimagined in three dimensions of light: flying, and tossing a ball through a ring of light.
Competing will be for fun, without the ego, anger or money that creeps into the same games here. New games will keep getting invented, some built around magic, some around sharp thinking. Anyone will be able to invent more.
Communication In Sheen
Telepathy and Light Language will be the primary ways everyone communicates.
Telepathy is the natural language of the soul. It isn’t mind-reading. It’s direct knowing of essence, intention and love. Nothing will stay guarded, hidden or lost between hearts. Group meditation and open telepathy will replace the guardedness this density required of everyone.
Telepathy Belts
Akatu personally designed the Telepathy Belts that will make communication effortless throughout Sheen. They’ll bridge whatever gap remains until full natural telepathy returns to everyone.
Every soul will become a seer. Clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient perception will return as part of ordinary life.
Light Language
Light Language is the shared language of the Elohim stars, spoken with intention and frequency more than perfect pronunciation. It poured out at Pentecost, when souls spoke their star language of origin in high vibrational words of light, oneness and love.
In Sheen, tone and light will let every race speak its own language of origin while being understood by everyone else. Pleiadian will become the shared language, and every soul will be fluent in the languages of every star.
Words like Kee Ah Sha (Be Healed Now) and En Eeke Mai Ea (I Love You So) are a first taste of it, available right now.
Earth’s languages won’t be forgotten. They’ll be remembered. Their structure grew out of duality’s frequency, useful for the school we’re finishing and unnecessary for the reunion after it.
Creation And Creativity
Creation works differently in Sheen.
Judith was shown it in a vision. A door opened by being looked at, into a hall of music and enormous blank canvases. With nothing but eyes and intention, full moving pictures formed on them. “We do this all the time on Taygeta,” Kabamur told her. “We create.”
Nothing about it will require struggle. The soul will finally be allowed to lead.
Music
Music will be composed in the mind and projected in color and tone through crystal screens, at whatever volume intention calls for. New forms of art and music will come out of the star cultures we’re about to meet.
Crystal Books
Crystal books will capture inspiration directly from mind to page, recording every detail as a living text.

The Akashic Viewer, called the SK, will give every soul direct access to its own record: every parallel life, every soul plan, every choice, any past lifetime, any moment in Earth’s history, at will. Neioh invented it. It holds everything that has ever happened.

Reunions
Pleiadians will be the first non-humans formally revealed, followed by Arcturians, Sirians, Andromedans and the rest of the Federation’s primary races. Introductions will begin with Elder Ikai and our Taygeta family.
Craft will arrive constantly, carrying friends and family you have loved across many lifetimes. Meals will be shared. Celebrations will run long.

Junior Members Of The Galactic Federation
Humans will become junior members of the Galactic Federation within this lifetime. It’s the same path every young race has walked before us.
The junior members include the Alki, Kixie, Zobe, Zalipo and many others. Some have been junior members for thousands of years and are nearly at senior status. Every one of them once struggled through its own version of duality, and every one of them is now upgraded, at peace, and serving in light. The Shamah of Sheen will join that family and begin the same climb.
Junior service means traveling on shared Federation motherships, with a wide variety of missions and a great deal to learn. Humans will appear in craft over the 3D Earth. We won’t start with the same abilities the Elohim races have, and that’s the entire point of serving.
Motherships
Laka has shared that Neioh and Kabamur will be leaders and teachers of the new galactic civilization, traveling throughout the galaxies in a large mothership, sharing wisdom and teaching.
That mothership will be the largest in existence: many miles wide, many levels high, able to change shape, travel through water, and change density to move through a mountain. Federation commanders will take turns commanding it, and friendships will deepen through it. After long travels, the returns to Sheen will bring great celebrations, with the mothership stationed above while smaller craft carry everyone down.
Free Will Beyond Sheen
Humans will finally live in peace with each other. Outside threats still exist.
Free will is universal everywhere, which means darkness can be chosen anywhere. The Galactic Federation will continue its protection while Sheen grows into its place among the stars.
The Earth Left Behind
The 3D Earth won’t be abandoned. It will be replenished over time and return in splendor.
Pleiadians will teach the new population everything, the way it was done in ancient times, bringing technology, energy, transportation and the tools of self-reliance. Starseeds who ascend will be free to return and take part in that teaching. Those humans will be given honest records of what happened here.
After enough centuries pass, humans living in Sheen will make contact with the humans of that rebuilt Earth. That contact is where their own ascension begins.
Kazud, And Shamah
The Pleiadian name for present humanity is Kazud, pronounced kah-zood: the students of the hardest school in creation.
Humans in Sheen will be called Shamah, the Shamah of Sheen.
One hundred eighty extraterrestrial groups have incarnated on Earth across this school’s history. Sheen’s opening will be a graduation every one of them has a stake in.
