Neioh – He is from ATLAS. His name is MINOEE. He was actually surveying this area and became very interested and concerned in what he saw. His Craft had the Technology to land and not be seen in 3D. He did this because it was a stand against violence, not to be a hero. He left after the incident and was never seen again. He is an Elder and now with the Galactic Forces. Very Honored.
