If The Perception Tells You Clearly This Is Not Something You Would Allow In Your Own Life, Then Understand It Is An Aspect Of Judgement. The Truth Remains That Allowing This Energy To Leave Will Free You.
You Cannot Change Another. You Can Only Change Yourself. The Life You Are Living Is Full Of Changes And There Might Have Been A Moment When You Did Or Said The Same Act You Now Judge.
You Will Be Free And Have The Choice For Peace Within By Having The Intention To Be The Best You Can Possibly Be In This World Of Duality, While Allowing Those Things Out Of Your Control, To Leave Your Awareness.
Each Moment That You Relive A Scenario, You Recreate It In Energy Within A Thought. This Produces A Feeling And A Mood. This Affects The Physiology Of Your Body. This Perception That Is Formed Will Cause Tears In Your Energy Field.
